Secret weapon? Nothing less than a perfectly ripe Avocado!

Bathe the avocado slices in olive oil, chilly flakes, salt, pepper and a drizzle of Tamari sauce.

Fresh tuna from the market marinated for an hour in a concoction of Tamari sauce, Wasabi and green onion (covered and refrigerated).  Uncover the tuna and fry or grill each side for approximately 3 minutes or until your desired level of cooking.  Then slice it onto the bed of avocado. The contrast of hot vs. cold, fried vs. fresh, tender vs. smooth is sensational….
